Dr. Paul Bloom is Professor of Psychology at the University of Toronto, and Brooks and Suzanne Ragen Professor Emeritus of Psychology at Yale University. His most recent book is The Sweet Spot: The Pleasures of Suffering and the Search for Meaning.
